We hope this message finds you well. It was a pleasure having you at our previous meeting, and we truly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with everyone.

We are pleased to announce our next training session, scheduled for February 7th from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at our Markham office, located at 3601 Highway 7, Suite 215. This session will focus on leasing properties and address key issues that agents, landlords, and tenants may encounter throughout the leasing process.

Our in-house paralegal, Alex Hao, will lead the first segment, where he will share his expertise in resolving conflicts and complaints with the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB). This will be a valuable opportunity to discuss strategies for handling situations involving the LTB and how to best support our clients through the process.

The second part of the session will cover essential lease forms that listing agents should utilize when representing landlords. Our Vice President, Gady Liu, will walk us through the various clauses within listing agreements and documents, ensuring we are fully equipped to protect both our clients' interests and our own.
