Good afternoon everyone,

Hope all is well with you all. Welcome back to the office once again after the Winter Holiday.

This is a message regarding our first training of 2025, to kick-start our year of high sales and achievement. Our training will be held from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm on January 22nd, Wednesday, at our Markham Office located at 3601 Highway 7 East, Suite 215, Markham, ON L3R 0M3. Anyone including any acquaintance of you, agents from other brokerages, and new agents are more than welcome to join our training. Do not hesitate to send out the invite to anyone who may be interested in the opportunity. 

Our Broker of Record, Jack Jiang, will lead us through our training process to start the year strong. Our training focus this year will focus primarily on the steps to close a deal from the Pre-Offer phase to the Offer and Post-Offer phase. The major topic of discussion for our first meeting will revolve around the Pre-Offer Phase and discuss what are the steps that we should take to assist our clients with due diligence and compliance with REBBA. This is a fantastic opportunity for all agents to exchange experiences and learn how to be that 1% agent in the GTA. Light meals and snacks will be provided after the meeting so we welcome everyone to join us for the training.
